Journalling Prompts for the End-of-the-Week ✏️
While we’re working hard towards our goals, it’s very important to ground ourselves and reflect once in awhile. Not only is it healthy to be present, it brings us back to what is truly valuable in our lives.
Here are some journalling prompts you can use to start reflecting:
📌 List 10 things you’re grateful for this week.
If you have more than 10, keep going! There’s always something to be grateful for. It could be as small as having the time to take deep breaths. It could be something general or something specific—entirely up to you.
📌 Write down a miracle you noticed this week.
Miracles, big or small, are happening all around us. Did you notice any this week? It could be something that happened to others or yourself.
📌 Write down something you are proud of yourself for this week? Thank yourself for getting through the week! Was there anything you did that surprised yourself this week?
📌 After taking sometime to reflect about this week, is there anything you want to do differently next week? Why?
Let’s get excited for next week. It’s going to be great!
Have fun using these prompts as a guide and bounce off from!
With Love,
Chara
