How I Manifest using Notion šŖāØ
Iām sure many have heard of the app Notion, I think thereās a large camp of lovers and large camp of haters. As a self-proclaimed Notion addict, Iām here to share how I use it for ManifestationāØ. Apart from this, I use Notion for my to track my projects, finances, and clientsābut thatās a story for another day. I love how customisable and accessible(on your phone, ipad and computer). Thatās why itās such a good tool for MANIFESTING.
š What is Manifestation?
Manifestation happens automaticallyāthe process where thoughts turn into things. When we feel good about something + desire it + be in the same frequency as your desire, the universe brings it us.
Notion is a great tool manifestation because it can help us put together images, descriptions and emotions (and get really specific) about what we want and when we get our thoughts in alignment with what we desire, the universe can easily turn that into reality for us.
š Here is how I set my notion up:
ā Title your manifestation page
ā Start off with Positive Affirmations I like to collate a list of affirmations so that whenever I open this page, Iām reminded about the frequency I should be in as I subconsciously scroll paste the page
ā Goal 0: Your MAIN purpose in life I start with goal 0āthis is the overview goal that encompasses all your mini goals. This is the reason for your desires. For me this is to get happy. Earning money to spend is to be happy. For others it could be to inspire, or to spread joy, whatever it is, use this section to elaborate on your main purpose. This part of your manifestation page keeps you in check and whether or not youāre in alignment with your purpose.
ā Individual Goals: Financial Abundance, Romantic Relationship, Ideal Job, whatever it is Set up each section with images to represent the vibe you want and start plotting down WHAT is it that you want? and WHY do you want it? On the opposite side, set up a column where you can assign the emotions that are present when your desire if fulfilled. I like to use the āTo-do listā function to mark that I already feel this way and I am in alignment with the frequency.
š Note: Remember to write in present tense and as if you already have it. Avoid the words desire/want.
š» Have fun with this. This is like creating an online scrapbook + diary. What I love about having it on Notion is that you can always open it up, remind yourself to daydream and continue adding on to it when inspired. Our desires will shift as we go through new experiencesā this is actually the fun part where we design our ideal lives. I just love daydreaming of what my life can look like and putting it up on Notion.
š Tip: You can search for images on Pinterest and ācopy-and-pasteā them directly onto notion without saving the imagesāsuper easy & fast.
With Love,
Chara
